
His early experience from 1984 to 1988 was establishing National Forest boundaries, surveying, marking and posting lines under a contract with the National Forest Service.

Matt Cordova, Colorado Professional Land Surveyor (#33194) has over 30 years of experience in the field of land surveying and construction surveying. Randy has continuously practiced Land Surveying in Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico for four decades and has been an active member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado since 1983 and served a two year term as president of the Southern Chapter. Randy Reeves was elected Pueblo County Surveyor in January 2011and is currently serving his second term. In 2010 Randy joined forces with Cardinal Points Surveying. From 2003 to 2010 Randy Reeves was co-owner and Vice President of Mangini Reeves, Inc. as Survey Coordinator until 1998 when Randy left to form his own company, Reeves Land Surveying. In 1992 he joined Mangini & Associates Inc.

In 1988 Randy started, and successfully managed the Surveying Department at a local engineering firm, where he served as Project Manager for several Colorado Department of Transportation projects. Steel Randy gained valuable experience in industrial construction surveying and quality control. Upon graduation Randy worked for a local engineering and surveying firm until 1982 at which time joined C.F.

Randy graduated from the University of Southern Colorado in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology. Reeves, Professional Land Surveyor in Colorado (#22101) and New Mexico (#19305), has more than thirty years experience in the field of land surveying.
